HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE

1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
1 tsp. dried tarragon, crushed
1/4 cup honey
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 tsp. olive oil

Combine mustard and tarragon; mix well. Blend in honey. Whisk in vinegar and oil. Serve as dipping sauce with chicken nuggets or serve over chicken.

Makes 1/2 cup
