Honey is always a wonderful gift to receive. We have put together an assortment of gift baskets that are filled not only with our delicious honey but also great honeybee related gift items. They are perfect to give anytime of the year and for any occasion.

What is so special about Premium Varietal Honey? Each type of flower has its own flavor and aroma. When the bees collect the nectar from these plants we then collect it from the bees making sure that they have plenty for themselves to eat. We move our bees from location to location depending upon which flower is blooming. So each flavor of honey presented to you is 100% of the nectar from that type of flower. We do not blend it with other flavors, or honey from other areas. To insure that you get the delicate bouquet and fine flavor of our honey, we strain the honey by hand using only a fine mesh strainer and no damaging heat that is common practice in commercial production. The flavor is more intense, more concentrated, and more true than what you will ever find off the grocer's shelf.

Our specialty honeys are delicious confections made with one of our Premium Varietal Honeys as a base. The honey is then infused with fruits and spices and left undisturbed to ripen and mature until its heady bouquet is perfect. An extra special treat for your palate.
